For Patients

Eyelid Surgery Overview

Minor Ops work on behalf of the NHS to provide high quality care for patients needing treatment of minor eyelid problems.

Surgical procedures are carried out by ophthalmologists and specially trained senior ophthalmic nurses in fully equipped minor operating rooms.

Minor Ops aim to treat patients close to their home, in a single visit and with a minimal wait time for treatment.

Minor Ops have been providing treatment to NHS patients with eyelid problems in the North East since 2007. Treatments are carried out on behalf of the NHS in specialist clinics in local GP practices and Primary Care Centres throughout the North East of England.
