Adult Hearing Care Aftercare

We know that your hearing care shouldn’t stop once you’ve been fitted with your hearing aids. From the date of your fitting, you enter a 3 year pathway with us. This sees us committed to taking care of you for the full length of your pathway.

We are never more than a phone call away, with regular clinics and good availability, you can rest assured you can see a clinician quickly should you require one.

To request batteries or new tubes for your hearing aid please call us on 0191 9178886 and these will be posted to your home address. Our friendly, helpful team are available Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. Alternatively you can send us an email to hearingcare@minor-ops.co.uk.
